Called this morning when my furnace stopped working. Katie answered the phone and said they would be here in the afternoon. At 2:30 the technician arrived, fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Reliance is well named. They have cheerfully nursed along our aging furnace for many years, at reasonable rates. Today in 108 degree heat they did a six hour turnaround after my morning phone call, getting the equally “vintage” AC up and running. Our air conditioner went out last night, thought it might need to be replaced. I had a big party planned at the house the next night and I was worried I was going to have to cancel. Called Reliance at 830am, they were here by 930 and had the problem fixed by 945. He had the part he needed on the truck and we were up and running before the heat kicked in. Our AC is getting old and will need to be replaced soon, I’m sure, and Reliance will definitely be the ones I call to do it. Thanks so much!
